- Provide true impact in senior communities by joining a program that is not your traditional brick and mortar private practice.
- Provide leadership to 42 providers (MDs, PAs, & NPs) in several senior community settings including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Transitional Care, Memory Care, and Long-Term Care.
- Monday-Friday schedule with no call requirements.
- Administrative responsibilities will flex every week with many integrated within your patient facing time.
- This would be a great opportunity for a physician who enjoys business development and relationship building.
- Your time will be spent providing medical direction, regulatory visits at the facilities, quality assurance, physician engagement & strategic planning.
- Compensation packages starting at $350K with 6 weeks off per year and 100% employer paid health insurance premium + retirements, paid med mal, and full benefits package.
- A hands-on position with patients, providing you with autonomy in terms of workflow and organization.
